Mr. Massey has served on Alight’s Board since July 2021 and served as Chairman of Foley Trasimene Acquisition Corp. (“FTAC”), Alight’s predecessor, from April 2021 to July 2021. He also has served as Chief Executive Officer of FTAC from March 2020 to July 2021 and served as a member of the FTAC board of directors from May 2020 to July 2021. In addition, he serves as a Senior Managing Director of Trasimene since November 2019. Mr. Massey served as Chief Executive Officer of Cannae Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CNNE) (“Cannae”) from November 2019 until February 2024. Mr. Massey has also served as the Chief Executive Officer of each of Austerlitz Acquisition Corp. I (NYSE: AUS) and Austerlitz Acquisition Corp. II (NYSE: ASZ) from January 2021 through December 2022 and served as a director of each company from February 2021 until April 2022. Mr. Massey also served as Chief Executive Officer of Foley Trasimene Acquisition Corp. II from July 2020 until March 2021 and as a director from August 2020 until March 2021. Mr. Massey served as the Chairman and principal shareholder of Bear State Financial, Inc., a publicly traded financial institution from 2011 until April 2018. Mr. Massey has served on the board of directors of Dun & Bradstreet since February 2019. Mr. Massey previously served on Black Knight Inc.’s board of directors from December 2014 until July 2020, Cannae’s board from June 2018 until June 2024 and on FNF’s board of directors from February 2006 until January 2021. Mr. Massey has been a partner in Westrock Capital, LLC, a private investment partnership since January 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Massey was Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel of Alltel Corporation and served as a Managing Director of Stephens Inc., a private investment bank, during which time his financial advisory practice focused on software and information technology companies. Mr. Massey also formerly served as a director of Fidelity National Information Services Inc. (NYSE: FIS), Bear State Financial, Inc. and FGL Holdings (NYSE: FG). Mr. Massey is also a director of the Oxford American Literary Project and of the Arkansas Razorback Foundation. Mr. Massey has a long track record in corporate finance and investment banking, as a financial, strategic, and legal advisor to public and private businesses, and in identifying, negotiating, and consummating mergers and acquisitions.
